Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within five business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. High order volumes may cause delays. Please allow extra time for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you by email or phone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) (if applicable to your chosen shipping method). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
For in-store pickups at 769 Bank St. and 1371B Woodroffe Ave., please await a "ready for pickup confirmation" before visiting the store to pick up your order. The stock at both locations will vary, so it may take up to 4 days to have stock transferred.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sports 4 is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
Sports 4 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
