Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from purchase to request a return. To qualify, items must be clean, in original condition and packaging, and include the receipt. Sale and clearance items are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition and packaging. Clothing and accessories must be clean, with tags attached. Non-refundable items include gift cards and some health/personal care items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. If rejected, the item will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Items can only be replaced if defective or damaged within 6 months under normal use.

Gifts

Gift returns will receive store credit if marked as a gift at purchase.
